IT Manager

• Proven experience working as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of information systems, network infrastructure, software development, and IT security.
• Proficient in managing various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), databases, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing IT team.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management.
• Able to manage multiple priorities

• Support TWR’s IT strategy to align with TWR’s vision and goals as determined by the Director of IT.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the organization's technology infrastructure.
• Manage and lead team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and evaluations.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including system administration, network management, help desk support, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technology requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and hardware upgrades to enhance system performance, efficiency, and security.
• Establish and enforce IT security protocols, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and contractors to procure necessary IT products and services.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Conduct regular system audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery planning to maintain business continuity.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• CISSP, PMP, or ITIL certification(s)
