The video team can use your help! Work alongside a creative with as an administrative assistant to organize assets, aid with correspondence and communication, and assist with project logistics.

Marketing Video Administrative Assistant Role Summary: Cary, North Carolina (USA)

Assist the Global Marcom Video Director with logistics related to video projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and modify documents including procedures, forms, and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist in the maintenance of a database for all video materials shot and submitted by TWR regional staff to provide a well-cataloged and accessible database
  • Make recommendations to TWR global staff and national partners so that resources are effectively utilized in the creation of video production content
  • Assist with video project planning, coordination, and logistics
  • Input Intellectual Property Rights documentation for video projects

Desirable Qualifications:

  • College degree or two years in an office environment with similar responsibilities Proficient in the latest technology and software, i.e., Microsoft Office
  • Possess good keyboarding skills
  • Able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English fluently
