Spanish Listener Engagement and Communications Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Listener/Donor Engagement:
• Communicate fluently in spoken (by phone) and written Spanish with Spanish-speaking donors and listeners
• Convey adequate and appropriate information regarding requests for materials in a kind, patient, and helpful manner
• Manage all aspects of donations by telephone, email, PayPal, bank transfer and social media
• Create accounts and enter data into database
• Answer spiritual questions from listeners in accordance with TWR’s values
• Understand the content of programs aired and materials distributed by RTM, especially A Través de la Biblia

• Communications:
  • Edit and proofread documents written in Spanish with a high degree of accuracy
  • Assist with the preparation of Spanish donor appeals, fundraising and products
  • Assist the Director of US Spanish Ministry as requested

Experience Required:

• Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office 
• Proficient in the use of digital devices 

Experience Preferred:

• At least 1 year of experience in a busy office environment dealing with customers or clients
• MailChimp email marketing
