Less than 2% of Thai people have experienced the hope of Jesus.
"To be Thai is to be Buddhist," said Josh Terndrup, a church planter with Antioch Ministries International (AMI) in Thailand. That's why we're partnering with AMI to create Journey to Hope, a series of animated Bible stories. We want to share the hope of Jesus with them.
Will you join us in praying for the Thai people?
Here are five ways you can pray. Please pray for:
Open eyes
Ask the Lord to open their eyes to the truth of the gospel.
Divine encounters
Pray for divine encounters and opportunities to meet believers who can share their faith.
The work of the Holy Spirit
Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in their lives, drawing them toward Jesus and illuminating the truth of the gospel.
Removal of strongholds
Pray for the removal of spiritual barriers and strongholds that may hinder Thai people from considering Christianity.
Growth of the Thai church
About 88% of Thai villages have no Christian presence, Terndrup said. In partnership with local believers, AMI planted a church called Kingdom Life Church. And the organization is partnering with other local believers to plant more churches.
Pray for the growth of the local Thai church and that it would be equipped to disciple and support new believers from Buddhist backgrounds.

This article is part of a bigger series called Reach the Last. We’re calling attention to unreached people groups in the world – those who lack enough Christ followers and resources to evangelize their own people. We’re showing how God is using TWR’s media ministry as one of his tools to call the last people to himself.
