HR Research Intern
How do we select leaders that are a best fit for TWR’s ministry and culture? How do we develop our leaders right from the start, so that what God’s doing through TWR’s ministry is enhanced around the world? Those are questions TWR’s Human Resources team is pondering. We’re looking for an intern, preferably studying in the area of HR/Business Administration/Psychology/Global Leadership to join our team, conducting research to help us find suitable answers. HR Research Intern: Switzerland, Cyprus or the Netherlands
Two-Month Internship
Conduct thorough research in two areas, the first being leadership competencies. The goal will be to produce and plan implementation of a screening tool to be used in our recruiting process. A second research project will focus on the Working Genius tool, drawing conclusions with this data for our organizational development.

Responsibilities:
- Work on research projects to learn more about the different leadership competencies and how that affects a person’s leadership style
- Familiarize oneself with and manage online tools for assessment for leaders
- Develop a leadership competence assessment which can be used in the recruiting process
- Evaluate TWR Global’s data on the Working Genius assessment. Draw conclusions for TWR to better use this data and tool
- Potential other HR (research) projects
Desirable Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft 365
- Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Willing and able to travel occasionally
- Manage stress well, and establish a healthy work-life balance
