Member Care and Staff Development Specialist Missionary
What in the world is ‘Member Care’? Glad you asked! It’s someone who has a heart for coming alongside of Christian workers who are using their skills in direct furtherance of the Kingdom. As they cope with the stresses of living cross-culturally, work/life balance, challenges in their home and workplace, you may be the person to bring encouragement and resources so they can go the distance. Help them unfold their God-given potential and thrive where God has planted them!
Please note: This position is a supported/sponsored missionary role (not a direct hire opportunity), so the approved candidate would need to develop a team of partners to provide financially for their full salary and benefits. We provide training, resources and coaching to help missionaries reach these financial support goals. To learn more about raising support, please see our FAQs.
