Exodus & Leviticus
The Mission 66 Study Guide for Exodus and Leviticus follows God’s people from slavery to worship. In Exodus, you’ll meet Moses at the burning bush, watch the plagues unfold and the first Passover, and see God part the Red Sea, provide manna in the wilderness, and give the Ten Commandments at Mount Sinai. You’ll also see Israel’s golden calf and God’s mercy afterward, and the building of the tabernacle as a place of worship. In Leviticus, you’ll explore the sacrifices, the role of the priests, the Day of Atonement, the laws of purity and holy living, and the feasts and the Year of Jubilee.
Throughout the lessons, themes like trusting God, obeying him, approaching him with reverence, and living set apart connect the Old Testament to Jesus. Each of the 30 lessons pairs with the Mission 66 audio commentary hosted by John Mathews and Esther Sisulu, and includes a summary, questions, a reflection question, and a personal application. An answer key at the back is included.
