Carl Willis

Carl Willis began his journey in Every Man A Warrior (EMAW) in 2015 as part of a small group of men in Chattanooga. Since then, Carl has led dozens of groups and seen spiritual multiplication to the 4th and 5th generations (2 Timothy 2:2). Carl came on full time with EMAW in January 2022 as the Pastor and Church Relations Director, served as International Coach and Prayer Coordinator through July 2025 and now serves as the Global Ministry Shepherd. In this role he has been given the task of developing the prayer ministry for EMAW around the world and shepherding our staff in their ministry and personal life. He will continue to work with pastors around the U.S. and the world to help them catch the vision of teaching men in their churches to be disciplemakers. He will also be mentoring a number of the EMAW leaders around the world, helping them prepare to lead their country EMAW leaders.

Carl is married to Christine. They have two children and five grandchildren (and one on the way)

1. Please pray for men around the world to catch the vision of EMAW and disciple to the 4th and 5th generations.
2. Pray as Carl travels to the Dominican Republic in August to lead an EMAW conference. 
3. Pray for monthly partners to come alongside us in 2025. We need at least 20 more partners who can give $100 a month.
