After working as an engineer and then serving as a missionary to Thailand, Alan joined TWR in 2012 in Cary (NC) to restart TWR's short-term missions program. In 2015, he also took on the role of Director of Mobilization working to mobilize the next generation of missionaries and currently serves in that capacity. After turning over the short-term program in 2021, he has also served as the acting US HR Director for three years and acting Benefit Manager for 2 years. Alan is married to Donna and has two adult children.
