Malise Terrell

Malise is blessed to be born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana – her daddy's homeland – and living in her mother's native North Carolina. Malise and Lane have been married since 1998. Together with their twin sons they have resided North Carolina since 2007. Most recently, the Lord has given them these cherished college years with their sons due to his planning and purpose. Long before she began her mom blog in Raleigh, Malise wrote as a newspaper columnist. Now, after an impactful spiritual and relational journey as an appointee, Malise is serving with the TWR Marketing and Communications team as writer and social media specialist.  God began to move Lane and Malise in the direction of using her social media gifts in ministry, merging her vocation with her ministry mission. "I'm so grateful. God has been faithful to my family and me as we seek to be faithful to him and to serve him. It is a great joy to be called to serve with TWR – speaking hope to the world – as we seek to get the gospel in the hands of the most remote people groups via mass media." Malise and her family are active their local church and community. They enjoy the great outdoors biking, hiking and swimming. They enjoy family travel, cooking and their sons' basketball games, worship music and time together.
