Hope for Venezuela

In June 2026, two earthquakes struck Venezuela less than a minute apart, collapsing homes, damaging hospitals and schools, and forcing thousands of families to seek shelter in tents set up in city parks. For many, the disaster came on top of years of economic hardship and instability.

Families who had already lost so much suddenly faced the loss of what little remained. In the midst of that crisis, TWR’s ministry partners in Venezuela are broadcasting programs that bring Scripture, hope, and comfort to people searching for answers. Yet a message heard without a response can leave someone feeling alone. That is why this project funds the vital next step: trained Venezuelan believers who personally connect with listeners who respond by radio, WhatsApp, or phone and guide them through a discipleship journey that leads toward active involvement in a local church.

The discipleship materials, developed by TWR Canada, are already available in Spanish, so your gift supports people, not content. It provides follow-up care, solar-powered audio players for communities without electricity or signal, and ongoing discipleship. We hope to mentor about 4,000 people with an estimated 950 becoming connected to a local church and remaining engaged.
