Abi Scott
Abi will be using her writing skills to serve alongside our Marketing and Communications team, telling the story of God's work through TWR.
Abi is currently a student at Belhaven University in Mississippi where she studies Creative Writing and Global Studies. Her heart for using her writing skills in missions drew her to TWR where she will serve as a Writer/Editor intern. She will serve in the Cary, North Carolina office with the Marketing & Communications (Marcom) department.
Abi says, “I believe God is leading me to missions work. While I do not believe I fit well into the role as a typical missionary, I see myself as being able to serve other missionaries with my work. By learning about them, they are seen and supported. By writing their testimonies and experiences, people become more globally aware of God's people. There is so much to learn from our brothers and sisters in Christ, and so much more we can learn about our God from them if we take the time to listen.”
