Role Summary
As Fund Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a strategy to cultivate, engage, and secure financial support from individuals and organizations who are deeply invested in seeing the gospel spread to the U.S. Hispanic community.

This role involves donor research, relationship-building, strategic communication, and fundraising campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor engagement, and marketing, with a passion for advancing the gospel.

Fund Development Manager for US Spanish Ministry: Cary, North Carolina (USA) or remote

Our U.S. Spanish Ministry team is seeking a new member to help bring the gospel to millions across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising Strategy & Execution:
  • Work with the Director of the US Spanish Ministry to develop and implement a comprehensive fund development plan to attract and retain donors outside of our traditional listener base.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with individuals, churches, foundations, and businesses that align with the mission of the US Spanish Ministry.
  • Create and manage targeted fundraising campaigns, including annual giving, major gifts, and planned giving programs.
  • Work closely with leadership to set fundraising goals and track progress.

Donor Engagement & Stewardship:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new donors through personalized communication, impact stories, and ministry updates.
  • Implement a donor stewardship plan, ensuring supporters feel valued and engaged in the ministry’s impact.
  • Organize small gatherings, presentations, or virtual events to introduce new donors to the mission and work of the US Spanish Ministry.

Marketing & Communications for Fundraising:

  • Collaborate with the other members of the US Spanish Ministry to create compelling fundraising materials, including donor letters, emails, social media campaigns, and video storytelling.
  • Help shape our messaging to resonate with the values and interests of a broader donor audience.
  • Assist in developing a digital fundraising strategy.

Grant Writing & Corporate Partnerships:

  • Research and apply for grants from faith-based foundations and Christian philanthropic organizations.
  • Explore opportunities for corporate partnerships and sponsorships that align with the mission of the US Spanish Ministry.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A deep personal commitment to Jesus Christ and agreement with TWR’s statement of faith.
  • Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills to convey ministry impact compellingly.
    Passion for the mission of TWR’s US Spanish Ministry and a deep understanding of 
    Christian ministry fundraising.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience cultivating and securing support from new donor segments.
  • Understanding of the evangelical donor landscape in the U.S.
  • Familiarity with Spanish (not required but beneficial).
