Role Summary
Have a heart for interceding for women and want to help others gain a global perspective on prayer? Come join the TWR Women of Hope U.S. prayer ministry leadership team! Whether in person or online, lead a U.S. prayer group using the TWR Women of Hope prayer calendar and current ministry materials we supply. Training and resources are provided to help you successfully lead a group lifting up women’s spiritual and physical needs on a global scale.

Our TWR Women of Hope team is looking for prayer leaders to help cultivate and pour into our global prayer network.

Our TWR Women of Hope team is looking for prayer leaders to help cultivate and pour into our global prayer network.
Responsibilities:
Spiritual Leadership & Facilitation:
- Lead a prayer group (in-person or virtual) focused on the global needs of women
- Encourage intercessory prayer using the monthly Women of Hope prayer calendar
- Model a Christ-centered life of prayer, compassion, and spiritual maturity
- Foster a supportive environment for women to grow in faith and prayer
- Identify at least one backup leader that can step in to lead in your absence
- Promote awareness of women’s spiritual and physical needs globally
Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as liaison between the local prayer group and the U.S. Prayer Coordinator
- Share updates, testimonies and prayer needs from the ministry
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and special prayer initiatives
Qualifications:
- A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Passion for prayer and women’s ministry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity when handling personal prayer requests and ministry information
- Have a secure internet connection and computer if leading an online prayer group
Time Commitment – approximately 3-4 hours per month:
- Lead your prayer group once a month
- Attend the monthly global prayer gatherings if your schedule permits
- Three times a year attend a U.S. prayer leader gathering for support and encouragement, teaching and prayer for one another
Support and Resources Provided to You:
- Monthly Prayer Calendar, devotional materials and listener responses
- Training and encouragement from the U.S. Prayer Coordinator
- Prayer Manual, videos and resources on prayer and the TWR Women of Hope ministry
