All TWR interns develop a team of partners from churches, friends, and family who support you in prayer and provide financially for your stipend and expenses. We do provide training, resources, and coaching to assist you in this process!

The Every Man a Warrior team is looking for an intern to use their administrative and leadership skills to foster gospel change in the hearts of men all over the world.
The Every Man a Warrior team is looking for an intern to use their administrative and leadership skills to foster gospel change in the hearts of men all over the world.
Potential Duties & Assignments:
- Join EMAW National Leadership Team for weekly planning and strategy meetings
- Events:
- Work on team to develop digital & physical collateral for the next 6-12 months of EMAW events (Arise, Encounter, Equip conferences)
- Help team plan upcoming events
- Assist with database updates and clean up
- Send MailChimp invitations for upcoming events
- Assist Staff & Ambassadors at one-day EMAW event (depending on location & travel)
- Administration:
- Assist with planning, administration, and implementation of “Getting Started Right” Zoom meetings during summer busy season
- Help with administration / participate in Half days with the Lord
- Work with team to finalize process and “kit” for New Staff (PowerPoint, documents)
- Organize and prepare files/Teams channels for Ambassadors to easily access training tools (PowerPoints, Handouts, Event marketing materials)
- Development Team:
- Assist Development team to kickstart new development initiative
- Compose newsletters, email updates, thank you notes
- Communications Team:
- Assist Communications team with communications initiatives
Qualifications:
- Marketing / Business / Missions background & education
- Desire to receive training in having a deeper walk with God, learn to have an effective men’s ministry, and start a disciple-making ministry after their summer internship
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Aptitude to learn:
- Microsoft Teams
- MailChimp
- CRM - We can train on Planning Center Online
