Our Finance team is seeking a volunteer to help support and respond to finance-related help tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
Our Finance team is seeking a volunteer to help support and respond to finance-related help tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to finance-related help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 Business Central, including journal entries, account reconciliation, reporting, and system navigation.
- Collaborate with finance team members across global locations to understand and address their concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams or external support when necessary.
- Document solutions and contribute to a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in identifying recurring issues and recommending process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with D365 Business Central, particularly in a non-profit finance or accounting context.
- Strong understanding of finance principles and processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Previous help desk or support experience is a plus.
