Tijmen van Steeg
Tijmen van Steeg joined the European Finance team in 2013. After having worked for a Dutch Christian Humanitarian aid organization in Thailand as Finance Manager for three years, Tijmen felt the desire to serve in spreading the Gospel in one way or another, not knowing yet what would fit best. This search brought him in touch with TWR Europe and CAMENA. The vacancy they had seemed to be God’s answer to his desire, because it fitted perfectly with Tijmen´s experience and educational background. Equally important was the fact that it would be possible to work in the Netherlands from the Barneveld office, which enables the family to stay in the Netherlands.
In January 2015 Tijmen took on the role of Finance Director for TWR's Europe and CAMENA region and in August 2025 Tijmen was appointed as Chief Finance Officer.
Together with the global finance team Tijmen is responsible for good stewardship of the financial resources God entrusts to TWR Europe.
Tijmen is married to Ria and they have four children.
