Andy Schick is President & CEO of TWR. A New Zealander with a career at the intersection of executive leadership, ministry, and technology, Andy has led transformations from startups to legacy organizations, most recently leading transformation and innovation at World Vision. At TWR he’s focused on blending the strength of radio with emerging digital platforms to reach underserved and unreached audiences, while cultivating an audience-first, servant-hearted culture across the global partnership. Andy and his wife, Kate, and their four daughters are based in New Zealand.
