FM Radio Network Developer Missionary
Strengthen and grow TWR’s presence in Africa through FM radio.

If you have business, negotiating and management skills, we need you to help us discover new FM outlets and evaluate ways to enlarge our current audiences! Join us – because Africa needs Jesus!
Please note: This position is a supported/sponsored missionary role (not a direct hire opportunity), so the approved candidate would need to develop a team of partners to provide financially for their full salary and benefits. Strengthen and grow TWR’s presence in Africa through FM radio. This will be accomplished by identifying the potential reach of current stations and seeking new outlets for use by TWR.

Qualifications Required:
- Commitment to Jesus Christ evidenced by a personal relationship
- Excitement about being involved in full-time missions and willingness to develop a team of prayer and financial partners
- Strong people skills; ability to communicate in a friendly and winning way
- Cultural sensitivity within international teams and a team spirit
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts and relationships with affiliate networks
- Seek to enlarge current audiences, in partnership with TWR national offices
- Perform market research to evaluate FM landscape, airtime rates and potential audiences
- Identify and present new outlets
- Onboard and evaluate new affiliate networks
Qualifications Required:
- Experience in business, negotiation and contract management
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Relevant ministry experience
- Ability to travel to Africa 2-3 times per year
