Haley Ennis
Hi, my name is Haley Ennis and I will be working as an illustrator for the TWR MOTION team. I’m excited to use my skills, experience and passion for art to bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to people all over the world!
I’m originally from Noblesville, Indiana, where most of my family still resides, and where my husband, Nathan Ennis, and I currently call home. I enjoy exploring new places, experimenting with cookie recipes, and diving into elaborate board games with close friends. You’ll often find us at coffee shops discussing the sermon after Sunday church services or wandering through antique shops in search of local treasures. Outside of my professional life, I frequently collaborate with a good friend of mine on a children’s coloring book series that we take great joy in sharing with the local community. I also have a younger brother, Wes, who shares my love for video games, along with my supportive parents, Tami and Graham, who have nurtured my passion for drawing since I was very young.
With several years of experience as an illustrator, concept artist, and animator, I’ve had the privilege of working in the gaming industry, book publishing, and creating personal commissions such as wedding and family portraits. While caregiving for my [late] father-in-law, I stumbled upon a unique opportunity to serve as a missionary illustrator—a role I hadn’t known existed but instantly recognized as my ultimate dream job. I thought to myself, “How incredible would it be to illustrate the greatest story ever told—the very story that changed my life?” Given the eternal impact it would have on those who have yet to know the Lord, I knew this would be the most meaningful work I would undertake.
Now, I am thrilled to answer the Lord’s calling to use my talents to promote the gospel through the TWR MOTION team—how incredible is that?! This amazing team partners with churches and ministries worldwide to create animated Bible story videos to share the good news in cultures with limited gospel resources. These videos are translated into multiple languages, reaching those who have yet to hear the hope of Christ in their own language!
