Do you want to put your hardware and software skills towards the gospel? Help our TWR Kenya team with troubleshooting, maintaining and improving tech systems to keep their ministry running smoothly.

IT / Technical Intern: TWR Kenya

Work with Technical manager and IT officer
Responsibilities:
- Assist with testing new or updated software solutions, as required
- Assist with troubleshooting PC hardware and software problems, working with team members to obtain requirements to correct issues
- Assist in setting up online meetings and events
- Installing operating systems and other computer software applications on new computers
- Coordinating with other departments (Sifa and TWR Kenya) to ensure that all technology is working properly
- Collecting, analyzing, and storing data for use in reports
- Supporting the maintenance of existing computer systems, including troubleshooting problems with hardware and software
- Assisting with computer network security by scanning for vulnerabilities and viruses
- Assist with setting up PCs, printers, laptops, scanners, and other peripherals
- Organize and maintain IT resources
- Bachelor’s degree and some professional experience
