Role Summary
Do you live and breathe visual media as a creative thinker and storyteller?    Do you desire to use visual media to bring people together around a common cause?  We are looking for someone to tell powerful stories of people’s encounters with Jesus via our global media ministry.  Communicate these stories to donors, media partners, and an ever-growing community of online followers who desire to take Jesus’ gospel to the nations.  If you are good behind the lens, enjoy post-production and have an eye for design concepts, then let’s talk soon! 

Please note: This position is a supported/sponsored missionary role (not a direct hire opportunity), so you would develop a team of partners who provide financially for your full salary and benefits as a part of this role. We do provide training, resources, and coaching to help missionaries reach these financial support goals!

Marketing Video Producer: Cary, North Carolina, USA

Capture, edit, and provide various short-form video content to further the ministry of TWR.

  • Film and edit high quality missionary deputation videos, year-end videos, listener stories, and any other TWR marketing/communications videos
  • Repurpose videos for use in other regions by creating subtitles, changing titles, replacing voice overs, etc.
  • Assist in maintaining the database and storage system, ensuring new footage is catalogued and stored after each shoot
  • Manage workflow efficiently from concept to final product, meeting budget requirements and deadlines
  • Assist in researching information necessary to develop production budgets and trip logistics (if applicable)
  • Help maintain and organize the gear storage closet, ordering items online as needed

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Degree in Video Production, or one year of professional video production experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including the ability to use video editing suites
  • Knowledge and experience in audio production
  • Knowledge of video formats and codes/best practices
  • Citizenship documentation which easily facilitates global travel
  • Able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English fluently. Additional languages are a plus
