Global Content Social Media Video Producer

We are in search of a creative, Social Media Video Producer with a passion for storytelling and a knack for creating compelling video content. As a core member of our Global Content team, you will be responsible for producing quality videos for ministry purposes — ones that draw people to Christ, advance the ministry project initiatives, resonate with our audiences, and drive engagement across various social media platforms.

Our Global Content team is seeking a creative storyteller eager to use his/her skills in video production to advance the gospel and our ministry initiatives across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and produce video content tailored for different social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
- Record and edit video content, ensuring consistent quality and brand messaging.
- Utilize emerging technologies, such as AI, to enhance production efforts.
- Collaborate with the TWR social media teams and Global Content teams to develop video strategies that align with other TWR social media campaigns and overall content calendars.
- Manage the end-to-end video production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing, including sound, graphics, and effects.
- Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in social media video content, adapting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics of video content and iterate on successful elements to improve future productions.
- Work with TWR staff to co-create and amplify video content.
- Ensure all video content adheres to platform guidelines and intellectual property laws.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marcom, Digital and Global Content, to integrate relevant features or promotions into video content.
- Maintain an organized archive of video assets for easy access and repurposing. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new content or campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video production, with a portfolio showcasing social media-specific content.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Knowledge of social media platforms, video specifications, and best practices for content creation.
- Storytelling and scriptwriting skills with the ability to convey messages in a concise and engaging manner.
- Strong understanding of branding and the ability to produce content that aligns with brand voice and goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to adapt to changing content demands and social media landscape.
- Experience with live video production or streaming is a plus.
