The six countries of TWR’s southern Europe ministry region are France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, and Cyprus. In this post-Christian, secular environment, those who identify as Christian account for 3% or less of the population, positioning the region as a critical mission field.
The leader of TWR's Portuguese national partner noted, “In southern Europe, one church is planted, and two others close their doors.” The need is urgent to provide culturally sensitive and relevant spiritual guidance and a sense of purpose to those searching for meaning in their lives.
TWR wants to make available a clear path to our source of hope, the gospel of Jesus Christ, by using digital and FM radio along with social media channels to reach a variety of audiences with biblical topics that resonate with southern Europeans.
