TWR Academy
TWR has spent decades training local producers to tell the gospel story well. COVID pushed that training online almost overnight, and the way people make and consume media has kept shifting since. We still produce programming for other ministries, but more and more, we're helping creators around the world make their own, because someone who already lives inside a community understands it in ways an outside producer never will.
The gap is training. Most of these creators have the calling but not the formal preparation, and the skills they need go well beyond technical production: how to hold an audience, how to use digital and AI tools well, how to communicate clearly, how to follow up with people who respond. All of it has to hold to biblical integrity, or it isn't worth doing.
That's what TWR Academy is for. It brings the training online so creators anywhere can build these skills, then follows it with real in-person mentoring, because some things can't be taught through a screen.
We're also opening it to other media ministries who share the same conviction, so the investment strengthens the wider mission and helps TWR keep growing into what's next.
