Maintenance Manager Missionary
Oversee maintenance, upgrades, renovations and construction of TWR-owned buildings!

An integral part of helping our team do their work is making sure the offices, homes, and equipment God has given us to use are taken care of in an excellent way.
Please note: This position is a supported/sponsored missionary role (not a direct hire opportunity), so the approved candidate would need to develop a team of partners to provide financially for their full salary and benefits. Our US office in Cary, our station on Guam, and our East Africa team are looking for a missionary to serve as a Maintenance Manager to ensure that TWR-owned buildings and houses are well maintained and oversee all building upgrades, renovations and construction.

- Commitment to Jesus Christ evidenced by a personal relationship
- Excitement about being involved in full-time missions and willingness to develop a team of prayer and financial partners
- Cultural sensitivity within international teams and a team spirit
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail
- Ability to delegate tasks
- Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and make repairs
Responsibilities:
- Participate in all aspects of physical plant maintenance including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, painting, minor electrical, basic grounds maintenance
- Regular maintenance of air conditioning units and standby engine
- Draw up annual building maintenance budget
- Assist the Regional Engineer in ensuring that annual technical goals within the five-year plan are revised, monitored and achieved
Desirable Qualifications:
- Ten years’ experience in the construction industry
- Construction project management experience
- Knowledge of recording studio construction and air conditioning
- Experience in tower and antenna erection and maintenance
- Fluent in spoken and written English
