A Season of Hope in Japan
Japan is often seen as modern, safe, and prosperous. Yet behind this outward success lies one of the world's largest unreached populations. Fewer than one percent of Japanese people profess faith in Jesus Christ, and many have never personally heard the gospel or met a Christian.
TWR Japan exists so that the people of Japan can continue to hear the Word of God.
Through FM radio, podcasts, digital platforms, and social media, TWR Japan shares biblical programs such as Women of Hope, Power of the Gospel, The Word Today, and other media content for introducing people to the hope found in Jesus Christ.
In addition to media ministry, TWR Japan is involved in prayer initiatives, discipleship ministries such as Every Man A Warrior; evangelistic outreach through Donkey Tracting; and partnerships with local churches throughout the country.
Churches across Japan face the challenges of aging congregations, declining populations, and limited ministry resources. TWR Japan seeks to encourage believers, strengthen churches, and ensure that people throughout the country continue to have opportunities to hear the life-changing message of the gospel.
