Project Administrator Missionary
Assist with planning and executing projects at our various transmitter sites and office facilities all over the world!
Are you a professional who loves to organize team members and specializes in facilitating, reporting on and analyzing projects? We are looking for you! Take your project management skills to the mission field. Serving alongside our global staff, you’ll be involved in projects ranging from electrical, transmitter and facility structure changes to analyzation of business processes. All for the purpose of bringing the Kingdom of heaven near to earth, with a message of hope that reaches millions, using mass media!
Please note: This position is a supported/sponsored missionary role (not a direct hire opportunity), so the approved candidate would need to develop a team of partners to provide financially for their full salary and benefits. Our Global Technical team is looking for a missionary to serve as a Project Administrator to assist TWR Senior Project Managers with planning and executing projects all over the world at TWR’s transmitting sites and office facilities. Aid in evaluating and improving business processes across the mission, while helping TWR teams assess new technology for implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing a project charter, schedule, budget, staffing plan, status reports, etc. for global projects
- Alongside of a Senior Project Manager, oversee electrical, transmitter, antenna and facility infrastructure projects at TWR sites
- Help manage selection, pilot-testing and deployment of technology-adoption projects which enable TWR to make best use of emerging technologies
- Support turn-key projects, engaging with vendors who provide packaged-product implementation
- Analyze and document current processes, developing and implementing new or ‘harmonized’ processes
- Opportunity to develop project management skills through the completion of training in PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) topics and pursue certifications (e.g., Certified Associate in Project Management)
Qualifications:
- University degree in Project Management
- Willing to travel
- Proficient in spoken and written English
