Come join the TWR Women of Hope team collaborating on marketing materials used cross-culturally – creation, design, and proofing. Your help with articles, newsletters, prayer updates, and brochures will ultimately bring the Good News to women globally!
Writer/Editor TWR Women of Hope Volunteer Role Summary
Collaborate with the TWR Women of Hope team to create, write and edit marketing and communications materials. These will be printed and online articles and literature to be used cross-culturally.
Location: Cary, NC TWR office or virtually

Collaborate with the TWR Women of Hope team to create, write and edit marketing and communications materials. These will be printed and online articles and literature to be used cross-culturally.

Core Competencies:
- A commitment to Jesus Christ as evidenced by a personal relationship
- An excitement about being involved in full-time missions and willingness to volunteer time, energy, and gifts
- A passion to bring hope in Jesus to women around the world
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Social, cultural, and political awareness/sensitivity
Responsibilities:
- Meet with team members to evaluate written material needs
- Oversee creation of prayer calendar, articles, newsletters, brochures and online text
- Write various pieces of literature and online text relating to WOH
- Proof final text and design layouts of literature creations
Desirable Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of written and oral English
- Excellent communication, grammar, writing, editing and computer skills
- Secure internet connection and computer at home, compatible with TWR technology
- Experience editing material used cross-culturally
