Program and Digital Content Producer: Singapore
Our China Ministry Content team is looking for a teammate to deliver high-quality and relevant content to the intended audience in China through the effective use of mass media. Manage KTWR content and monitor analytics. Support the development and execution of plans to expand TWR’s media presence into China.

Our China Ministry Content team is looking for a teammate to deliver high-quality and relevant content to the intended audience in China through the effective use of mass media. Manage KTWR content and monitor analytics. Support the development and execution of plans to expand TWR’s media presence into China.
Core Competencies:
- Desire to serve the Lord by serving others.
- Active member of an evangelical Christian church. Spiritually mature with a strong biblical foundation to exercise discernment and make sound judgments in content development and program quality.
- Passion for reaching the people of China with the gospel.
- Possess a strong command of Chinese language to edit and write program scripts. Must also be able to speak, read, write and comprehend fluent English.
- Proficient in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office applications suite, audio editing software, website content management systems, and video communications app.
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Sense of urgency and ownership for responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Work 40 hours per week (with flexibility in working hours or the possibility of a work-from-home arrangement to accommodate project demands or individual needs).
- Identify the needs of the audience in China and develop compelling content to meet those needs.
- Edit scripts, coordinate with voice talents for recording, and oversee the recording and post-production processes.
- Ensure high programming quality by exercising mature judgment and maintaining a strong biblical foundation.
- Collaborate with TWR global teams and producers (including those in China) to develop and launch new programs.
- Assume daily responsibility for managing the KTWR website, primarily focusing on content updates, while delegating software updates, security checks, and backups to an outsourced local service provider.
- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance website traffic.
- Monitor website analytics to understand visitor behavior, identify popular content, and detect areas for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with the digital media strategist in China to:
- conduct research on China’s digital media landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- support the development and execution of plans for establishing a new digital media presence in China.
- ensure alignment with TWR’s vision and goals.
