Role Summary

As the HR Recruitment Administrator, you focus on streamlining HR operations, ensuring seamless administrative support, effective communication, and careful follow up in the recruitment process. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting and bringing structure into the Recruitment team, maintaining personnel files, and facilitating the smooth flow of information during the inquiry, application and placement process. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the overall success of our HR Recruitment processes. By providing essential administrative support and bringing structure, you enable our organization to focus on its core mission while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Please note: This position can be fulfilled a supported/sponsored missionary role (not a direct hire opportunity), in which case the approved candidate would develop a team of partners to provide financially for their full salary and benefits. HR Recruitment Administrator: Netherlands, remote

Our Human Resources team is seeking a new member to help empower ministry personnel to take the gospel to the nations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the HR team in a variety of administrative tasks regionally and globally (Global MPD Core team).
  • Update and develop HR documents/processes for resources purposes to support inquirers and appointees.
  • Administrative HR support in the relationship of sending agencies and/or National Partners.
  • Personnel Files: Maintaining personnel files and updating the electronic database in Outlook during the HR Screening process.
  • Assist and Support in mobilization events and follow up.
  • Planning, and executing publication of quarterly HR Recruiting Newsletter.
  • Develop and implement a social media and online marketing strategy for searching potential candidates.
  • Cooperate with Digital Media Content Coordinator social media posts for job opportunities.
  • Collaborating in developing and implementing various HR projects.
  • Back-up for application processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education and experience in office management and administrative work
  • Past work experience must indicate excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English and, preferably, in another European language (German, Dutch, etc.)
  • Proficient with MS Office, preferably some experience with Salesforce and Site Stacker software

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Interest and experience in the field of Human Resources Management
  • Experience in project management or willingness to acquire skills in this area
