Newfound Strength
NEPAL – Sansu comes from a non-Christian background. He grew up in his parents' religion, and had followed the rituals and customs all his life. Things started to change when he was in his 30s.
“Someone shared the gospel with me some time ago, but I was not interested until I heard it on the Thru the Bible radio programme. I am not sure why, but the message touched my heart. I realised that I needed salvation ... it was what I needed, as I was tired of all the customs and rituals.” Sansu shared.
In the past year, the Word of God has changed Sansu so much. He no longer follows his parents in the religious matters. Sansu shared that he began to participate in church and started living a new life in the name of Jesus.
Although he faces many problems as a follower of Christ, he has not been disappointed in his faith. He confided that the radio programmes have helped him grow strong in his faith.
“I have newfound strength against the dark forces in this world. ... With Christ I am able to go on. I desire for my entire family to know Jesus, but for now they all against God and me. Please pray with me. Thank you.”
