What A Privilege
NEPAL — “My name is Gigyansh* and I earn my living by making and selling items out of bamboo.
"On one occasion, I fell very sick. In spite of all my efforts, I could find no relief. I became depressed and was overcome by evil thoughts.
"Around that time, I met a pastor who prayed with me and told me about Jesus. The pastor prayed for me, and by God’s grace I was healed. He introduced me to a Christian radio programme in my own Nepali language.
"Since then, I became a regular listener of TWR's broadcasts, and I especially like the Thru the Bible programmes. I enjoy listening to the programme and feel inspired to draw close to Jesus.
"Through this spiritual programme, the word of God touched me. I learned the Bible is the most important scripture for my life. In obeying his commands and keeping it in my heart, God will always live with us through his living word. I keep my Bible with me everywhere I go.
"My wife also was inspired by this programme! She is now also a follower of Jesus Christ. I consider this a privilege that we can improve our knowledge of God and grow our faith together.
"I hope my relationship with the Lord will be strong, and for TWR Nepal's radio programmes to carry on in their broadcasts. Thank you. "
